We can’t wait to share your gallery with you! In about 2-3 weeks after our session, we’ll touch base and book in your zoom design and ordering appointment. This will take roughly 45-1.5 hours.
During this time you will see all of your gorgeous images and make your selections.
Payment for your order is also due at this time. We accept bank transfer, card and cash. We also have a take home layby system via PayRight which incurs a 10% processing fee. For information and to get pre approval to PayRight click here.

Please note – it is best to do this zoom meeting on a computer. It is just to hard to see the images on your phone! Also – all decision makers need to be there for this appointment. To do another zoom at a later date incurs a fee of $75.
Please also note:
- All Design and Ordering Appointments must take place within 4 weeks of your gallery being ready.
- All orders must be paid in full at your Design and Ordering Appointment.
- Any inclusions in your session fee or on your voucher are void if not used at your Design and Ordering Appointment.
- Any images NOT purchased during your Design and Ordering Appointment are held for 7 days and then archived for 3 weeks. In order to re access the images or have another Design and Ordering Appointment there is a $75 fee.
- As you can appreciate, safe data storage space is a costly process, especially with the amount of data each shoot creates. IN order to maintain our safe storage capacity we need to sometime move things along to make room for new galleries. After being archived for 3 weeks, any un ordered images are deleted.
- Due to the digital nature of our products, there are no refunds offered for any reason once your images have been emailed to you.

1. Accessing your gallery
We can’t wait to share your online gallery with you! In about 2-3 weeks after our session, we’ll be sending you an email containing the link to your gallery. To make things even easier, we have prepared a helpful video tutorial that explains how to access your gallery.
Remember, it’s important to keep in mind that your gallery will be available for viewing for a limited time of 7 days. Once the gallery is closed, any print collection credit will unfortunately no longer be valid.
The best part is that your gallery will showcase both the color and black and white versions of your images. You’ll have the option to choose and download one version, and as a bonus, we’ll take care of uploading and emailing you the other version complimentary!
2. Downloading your images
Now comes the fun part: selecting the ones you absolutely love and can’t wait to download. To guide you through the process seamlessly, we’ve created a step-by-step video tutorial just for you.
We want to ensure that you have the best experience, so it’s crucial to be mindful when choosing and downloading your images. Every download counts towards your included images, so we kindly ask you to double-check before hitting that download button. We wouldn’t want any mix-ups!
3. Applying your print collection credit
It’s time to make the most of the incredible credit included in your package! We’re thrilled to offer you a selection of 9 stunning print packages to choose from. And here’s the cherry on top: whichever package catches your eye, it also includes access to ALL the remaining high-resolution files in your gallery!
