What's included in your Session Fee?

Your professional photoshoot experience is done in our beautiful Wentworth Falls Studio in the stunning Blue Mountains.

Your $300 credit can be applied to any of our Digital Collections or Wall Art and Album Collections. See our Pricing and Products here.

After your photoshoot and when your gallery is ready to view, we will contact you to organise your complimentary 1.5 hour Zoom Design and Ordering Appointment. This is for you to take the time to choose the photos and/or products you wish to purchase.

The Booking Steps

First step to booking with us is to fill out this contact form here.

When we receive your filled out contact form we will send out an email with information and give you a call. This pre session phone call is very important as we need to take you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

No session can be booked without a pre session phone call.

Please select your preferred time and complete your balance payment.

Before proceeding, kindly ensure you’ve:

Once payment has been made your session is booked and we will send out a contract to be signed.

After receiving payment we will also send out a Questionnaire. This is very important for us to get to know your family and what set ups we need to organise for your shoot.

The Shoot Steps

In order to maximise your session time and make the most of your time in the studio, we have EVERYTHING set up and planned well in advance.

We love to have some “inspiration” for your style and set ups. We ask that you send us up to 10 different images representing the style you love. These can be from our gallery OR from anywhere!

Don’t mind? Leave it up to us and we will come up with an awesome plan just for you!

As well as our emails with information we will send you through out the process, we will also give you a pre shoot phone call to answer any final questions you might have.

The Studio Address is

26 Pritchard St, Wentworth Falls.

Please bring nappies (at least 4), pacifier if you have one (even if they don’t like it or you have never given it to them), approx. 2-3 bottles if bottle feed, a snack for you and your family and something to keep the older kids entertained. Also – if your child is teething – bring some pain relief as this ALWAYS hit mid session! Don’t forget your outfits!. Prepare for fun! Kristy’s Studio is strictly an stress-free zone!

The Post Shoot Steps

Once your gallery is ready we will contact you to book in your complimentary Zoom Design and Ordering Appointment with Kristy. All decision makers have to be present and to do another zoom at a later date incurs a $75 fee.

This appointment is where you can choose the images and/or products you wish to purchase. Remember you have that $300 credit to be used at the appointment as well! 🙂

Once we have received payment we will send you a link to the digital photos you have purchased from us.

Any products purchased can take several weeks to be delivered to your nominated address. Please send us a photo once you get them!
